Mitchell joined Coffey Testing in September 2009 as a Construction Materials Testing Technician at the Kariong Lab on the Central Coast, NSW.
Mitchell has extensive experience across a range of major projects, including the T2D – Tuggerah to Doyalson M1 Upgrade and K2S – Kariong to Somersby M1 Upgrade for Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW). He has also contributed to CRN Network Rail upgrades at Coonamble and Blayney. His expertise extends to quarry testing scopes and methods, and he has a strong background in regional drilling and pavement management. As the previous Regional Drilling and Pavements Manager for Coffey Testing, Mitchell organised and conducted boreholes, pavement testing, and pavement trials.
Additionally, he is skilled in site classification, including drilling, logging, and lab testing to assess site conditions and provide necessary clarifications.
